Dining Out with Chai is a cooking show on KFVE .
Hawaii's hottest cooking show will airs Saturdays at 5:30 p.m. on KFVE 5
Chef Chai Chaowasaree, owner of Chai's Island Bistro and Singha Thai
Cuisine in Honolulu will host the show.  The show is done in partnership with the Honolulu Advertiser's Sunday Dining Out Section .
Each episode of Dining Out with Chai will offer a unique and different
approach to Hawaii's dining and entertainment scene, offering cooking
tips on preparing regional and seasonal dishes. This year Chai will
travel to places such as New York City, Las Vegas, San Francisco and
Aspen to show viewers how to cook unique and exciting dishes featured
at popular restaurants located in each of these cities.
Expect
to see many of your favorite local and international celebrities dining
and chatting with Chai about what's hot and what's not, as well as how
dining at these restaurants will affect your wallet. Each show will
feature Chef Chai making his way back to his own kitchen to demonstrate
how to prepare a selected dish from the featured restaurant. Recipes
will be available in the Honolulu Advertiser's Sunday Dining Out
Section. Later this year in June, Dining Out with Chai will cover the
FOOD & WINE CLASSIC in Aspen, Colorado, which is the hottest event
in the country of its type and is sponsored by American Express and
Food & Wine Magazine .
