- 2 sticks Butter
- 8 oz Unsweetened Chocolate
- 2 tsp Vanilla
- 1 cup Flour
- 2 1/2 cups Sugar
- 4 Eggs
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 2 cups Walnuts
Preheat oven to 350°
Bake for 45 minutes; check at 25 minutes
Directions:
• Butter and Flour an 8 x 8 Pyrex pan
• Melt Butter and Chocolate slowly over low heat; Cool
• Mix the rest of the ingredients
• Add Chocolate mixture
• Blend and bake
Ganache Frosting:
1 cup Whipping Cream
8 oz Semi-Sweet Chocolate (finely chopped)
Directions:
• Bring Whipping Cream to fast boil
• Remove from heat
• Stir in Chocolate
• Refrigerate until firm
Spread the Ganache Frosting on cooled brownies. Enjoy!
