Stir-fry Aloun Farms Romaine Lettuce with Shrimp and Shiitake Mushrooms |

Serves one
Ingredients:
- 1 piece of Romaine Lettuce
- 2 pieces of Dried Shiitake mushroom, soaked in water until soften
- 2 tablespoons vegetables oil
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon Aloha Shoyu
- small pinch of pepper to taste
Preparation
~ Clean and rinse the Romaine lettuce and cut about an inch wide.
~
In a hot pan with high heat and oil and shiitake mushroom cook for one
half of minute the add the shrimp sauté until both side cook about 1-2
minutes, then add Aloun Farms Romaine lettuce, oyster sauce, Aloha
Shoyu and pepper and cook for another minute unitl all the lettuces are
cooked. Turn off the heat and serve with a bowl of rice, ENJOY!!
TIP make sure don’t over cook the lettuce this will make them nice and crunchy.
