Oriental Style Snapper
orientalsnapper.jpgServing for one, about 7/8 ounces snapper
Steam Opakapaka or snapper of choice 6 to 7 minutes

Sautée the following items together with butter and or olive oil
  • diced ginger - 1/4 TSP
  • julienned red pickled ginger - 1 ounce
  • sliced red onion- 1ounce
  • quicky chopped choy sum - 3 ounce
  • quickly chopped bok choy - 3 ounce
  • add 1 ounce soy sauce
  • TSP thai fish sauce
reduce the above and plate, place steamed snapper on top.

top fish with julienned red/yellow bell peppers, carrots - 1 ounce each
4 sprigs of chinese parsley

Meanwhile in warm sautée pan add:
  • 2 ounces peanut oil
  • 1 TSP sesame oil

Gradually increase heat until smoking and pour hot oils over the plated items.
