Cream of Broccoli with Shoyu Pork

broccoli1.jpgIngredients for Shoyu Pork
  • 1 lb. of lean pork
  • 5 cloves of Garlic
  • 3 cloves Shallot
  • 1 stalk of green onion
  • 1 stalk of Chinese Parsley
  • 1 piece of ginger about an inch, smashed
  • Pinch of pepper
  • 1 cup of Aloha Shoyu (low Sodium prefer)
  • 1 cup of Chicken Stock of water

Preparation:
~ In a sauce pot, add all the ingredients and bring to a boil, remove all the scum and simmer for 20 minutes, Remove the pork from liquid and set aside. Keep the liquid for future use.
