Cream of Broccoli with Shoyu Pork |
Ingredients for Shoyu Pork

1 lb. of lean pork

5 cloves of Garlic

3 cloves Shallot

1 stalk of green onion

1 stalk of Chinese Parsley

1 piece of ginger about an inch, smashed

Pinch of pepper

1 cup of Aloha Shoyu (low Sodium prefer)

1 cup of Chicken Stock of water
Preparation:

In a sauce pot, add all the ingredients and bring to a boil, remove all
the scum and simmer for 20 minutes, Remove the pork from liquid and set
aside. Keep the liquid for future use.
